Our approach to development and training is continuous

We invest a great deal in ensuring our team have access to the best training providers, to ensure that they have the best combination of knowledge and relevant qualifications.
We also have regular internal lunch & learn sessions as well as hosting a variety of external speakers and trainers.
Whilst professional qualifications are critical for our tax team (with most completing ATT-CTA), we also recognise the importance of soft skills. Recent examples of courses our team have attended include:
